Co-development

Co-development is a collective intelligence, cooperative process that brings together a small group of people, each identifying a " key challenge " that will initiate personal development. Co-development is both intuitive and analytical and draws upon participants creativity.

Co-coaching

In order to develop and encourage individual and collective initiatives, sources of commitment and pleasure, strengthening relational innovation is a priority in our VUCA environment (Volatile, Unknown, Complex and Uncertain).
Becoming co-agile leaders an opportunity for everyone to revisit their practices: choose what they will reinforce and what they will transform to act differently and cooperate in co-responsibility in order to increase collective intelligence and performance.
Using co-coaching as a learning process offers managers the means to renew themselves, to benefit from shared intelligence and to increase their impact.
