Managing daily in the uncertainty and complexity involves the integration of rigorous and innovative methodologies .
Each intervention is tailor-made based on the specific needs and objectives of the team and the organization.
For example : define a shared vision of the identity of the team and its evolution, develop commitment, co-responsibility and initiatives, step back and reposition, leverage the skills to create, innovate and communicate.
Mindfulness is a state of consciousness during which attention is anchored in the present moment in a calm, lucid and objective manner . It allows more concentration and to have higher energy.
